
ABOUT ME
Sara Forman is a certified Secondary Education Social Studies and English teacher. She is a native of Northern Michigan and recieved her Bachelor's Degree at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Sara has had a wide range of experiences which add depth and variety to her understanding to her subject areas. In college, Sara studied abroad in London, UK for a semester, visiting various historical sites and interacting with cultures of all kinds. At WMU, Sara was a member of the Bronco Marching Band, worked at the WMU Archives and Regional History Collections, and was a volunteer and intern at the Grand Rapids Public Museum.
Sara's professional interests include: constitutional law and research on placed-based education.
Presently, Sara teaches Social Studies at Northern Middle School. Her hobbies include: hiking, making bread, dog-training, and reading for leisure.
